The cottage accommodates two adults only, however, we can provide a portacot on request for one non-mobile baby. Being a rural location, our property is not suitable for mobile infants or children.
The cottage is located on the same property that we live on and is 30 metres from our private residence. Privacy is maintained by screening. A shared, unsealed driveway with private parking for guests is directly adjacent the entry to the cottage.
We manage the property and you might see us about. We are happy to help and share our local knowledge as much or as little as you would like.
On our farm we nurture edible produce, care for native plants and wildlife and raise two children! There may be farm type activities occurring during your stay, however, we will make every effort to ensure they are kept to a minimum.
Absolutely! We are happy to offer a short-guided farm walk (or follow our self-guided map) to learn more about our fruit orchard and how we manage our land. Simply let us know and we can arrange a time that suits during your stay.
We have a very friendly dog, Zoe, who may come to greet you. On your request we can ensure she stays in our fenced yard for the duration of your stay.
If you are in need of anything e.g. extra bedding, kitchen utensils, please send us a text message and we can bring it to you.
As a rural property we take great care to be bushfire safe. When the Country Fire Service fire danger risk is rated 'Catastrophic' for a day of your stay, guests will be required to depart the property by 9am. Should this occur during your stay, you will be entitled to a refund for the remainder of your stay or change of date of booking. If you book your stay during Bushfire season, we will clearly outline the process and timeframes to you.
We are a 10 minute drive from Willunga, in a rural location so having your own vehicle is essential for your stay.

To confirm a booking full payment is required.
Minimum two night stay.
Discounts are available for extended stays if booked directly with Blueberry Farm Cottage by phone or email (excluding public holiday periods).
Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am unless prior arrangements have been made.
The property is not suitable for children and mobile infants.
The tariff is based on bed and breakfast accommodation.
We do not allow group functions, parties, visitors and entertaining on the premises, except by specific prior agreement. A breach of this condition will unfortunately result in guests being required to vacate the premises immediately, without refund of any tariff paid.
An extra charge of an amount in our discretion may be made in relation to additional cleaning, theft, damage or misuse of the premises or contents and such extra charge may be debited to the guests’ credit card.
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the premises.
You are entitled to a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
Alternate dates may be possible by calling direct and contacting us more than 7 days before check-in.
